The Zuccardi Valle de Uco vineyard, located in the province of Mendoza, has been awarded the title of the best vineyard in the world for the third time in 2021 by the World’s Best Vineyard.

For the third time in a row and chosen among more than 1500 wine destinations, The World’s Best Vineyard through a jury of 600 experts has recognized the famous Argentinean vineyard as the best vineyard in the world.

What were their voting criteria? The quality of the wine, of course. Finca Piedra Infinita Gravascal 2018, one of its Malbecs, had the highest possible score in Robert Parker’s Wine Advocate -The Parker 100 points. Other factors, such as cuisine, visit, accessibility, environment, service, reputation and landscape, are also taken into account. Have you seen the landscape of the Infinita Green Winery? At the foot of the Andes Mountains. Incredible, isn’t it?

In the list of the ten best vineyards, another Argentine vineyard is present, Catena Zapata in 7th position. And it doesn’t stop there. Argentine names feature prominently in the top 50. Trapiche is ranked 18th; El Enemigo, 24th; Colomé de Salta, 35th; and SuperUco, 42nd. Six of the world’s top 50 wineries are from the “land of the end of the world”.

As we know, Argentina is a generous country. The Zuccardi Valle de Uco winery is open and offers activities for all your senses. You can enjoy the flavours of its cuisine while savouring some of the best wines in the world. You can also admire the panoramic view and take pictures of the modern architecture of the Piedra Infinita (Infinite Stone) inaugurated in 2016 by architect Fernando Raganato. As its name suggests, it honours and symbolises the nature of the surrounding landscape. Its design was honoured the year it opened, winning the Best of Wine Tourism Gold Award for best architecture and unique view.

An experience not to be missed on your next trip!
